Davie Police Officer GREGORY JANSEN TAMPERED WITH EVIDENCE by concealing a Police Report on the attempt on the life of a Government Witness/Informant.  Scott K. Bagwell and Cindy Gregory attempted to run the witness over with their car, and this report was to be used, but could not be found before trial.  It was later discovered that DAVIE POLICE OFFICER GREGORY JANSEN NEVER WROTE THE REPORT.

Davie Police Chief JOHN GEORGE refused to take an Internal Affairs Complaint against Jansen.

On March 13, 2004, Davie Police Officer Quintana TAMPERED WITH EVIDENCE by concealing threats to do bodily harm by the same person, Scott Kevin Bagwell, and two other men. Bagwell, a TIMESHARE salesman, entertains police at his home.

Davie Police Officer Gregory Jansen was dispatched when a resident tried to run over an FBI Informant/Witness against them.

Jansen's Police Report was scheduled to be used in a trial against these people, but guess what?

OFFICER GREGORY JANSEN NEVER WROTE THE REPORT, and this is not the only report this man has refused to write.

Davie Police DUSTY BANKS and POLICE CHIEF JOHN GEORGE appear to have violated Florida State Statute 112.533(1), for their  refusal to take reports, another sign that the "BLUE WALL OF SILENCE" is alive and well.

The Davie Police Department now seeks to be accredited by CALEA, but Police Chief John George needs to personally review CALEA Chapter 82, especially 82.2.2 - the Chapter on RECORDS.
